Keys Chocolates & Ice Cream is a family-run shop with locations in Key Largo, Islamorada, and North Palm Beach. In the Keys their customers are mostly tourists discovering the shop for the first time. The brand had charm going for it but it was held together by one-off labels, hand-me-down colors, and packaging with no system underneath.
Our challenge was bringing consistency and refinement to a brand, while keeping the charm and essence of the Keys alive.

Original brand
We rebuilt the brand from the ground up while keeping what made it special. We modernized Lucy (the flamingo), defined a full logo suite, color, and type system, and applied it across packaging, merch, and signage so everything finally looks like it belongs together. The result is a polished, cohesive identity that still feels warm and local, built to carry the business into whatever comes next.
